My background prior to joining AgentOwned Real Estate and Exit Upstate Real Estate was in the field of education. I have a Masters in Education from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Penn State University. In addition, I have post graduate credits towards an Adminstrative Certificate from the Pennsylvania State University. I have been in the educational field as both a Guidance Counselor and an Assistant Principal and I feel this experience has prepared me to assist you with the sometimes frustrating task of buying or selling your home. My experience of working with many different types of people in the educational field, whether it is parents, teachers, or even children, has helped me gain an insight to people that I believe is beneficial in the Real Estate field.
In addition to the experience and education mentioned above, I have had in-depth training in real estate areas such as Buyer Representation, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Taxes Issues, Diversity of Clients, and Property Management and I have recently completed forty hours of training in Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Insurance. I also have my Real Estate Broker's License.
