Tuscan Woods real estate development is located on Greenville South Carolina's Eastside, off of Hudson road.  Tuscan Woods is a new community which brings back memories of the old fashioned neighborhoods.  So far in this Greenville SC community a total of 58 homes have been built with a total of 69 planned.  The real estate and homes for sale vary, with most being two-story, with narrow lots and small yards.  The exteriors of the homes have painted composite siding with stone and brick to accent the siding.

The Tuscan Woods Development was built by Lazarus-Shouse and has two small neighborhood parks as well as sidewalks on both sides of the streets throughout the Greenville Sc neighborhood.  There are alleys throughout the neighborhood, something you don't see very often anymore and the trees are lined with budding young trees

Tuscan Woods is a very colorful community, often the attraction for young couples and young families. You don't see much real estate or homes for sale similar to this in the Greenville SC area.

Within Tuscan Woods there is a mix of young families and  retirees with an older, established feel, not like most of the newer Greenville Sc communities.  The neighborhood seems very friendly and there is a welcome atmosphere for everyone at Tuscan Woods. As I strolled the Greenville Community no one hesitated to say hello. Even the children.

Some of the Tuscan Woods models offer the a master bedroom downstairs, which is perfect for the elder person.  In addition, the small lots in Tuscan Woods limits your need to spend a lot of time on maintenance and upkeep.  It will give you more time to enjoy the Tuscan Woods neighborhood and its wonderful people.

Tuscan Woods is, in my opinion, a lovely, peaceful, inviting neighbhorhood that is close to everything in Greenville SC.  It is very close to Pelham Road and the shops and restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Greenville SC.
