Upstate realty property search, Greenville SC real estate
Gary Player, famed golfer said in a TV commercial for the Cliffs Communities near Greenville South Carolina, that he could have relocated anywhere in the world, but he chose to buy Cliffs Communities Real estate, near Travelers Rest SC in the Upstate of South Carolina.
Gary Player, a hall of fame golfer, made the same statement regarding Greenville SC and the Cliffs Communities to a group of Greenville News members at the La Bastide Inn north of Travelers Rest SC. Mr. Player will be selling his home and real estate in Palm Beach Florida, and will build a home at the Cliffs Communities in the Cliffs at Mountain Park, a new creation by Jim Anthony; at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The newest Cliffs Community Development near Greenville SC will emphasize golf, healthy living, and the great outdoors. What a place to purchase your dream home or land to build your Greenville SC area dream home.
Developer Jim Anthony said there will be 1,500 homesites in the new Cliffs at Mountain Park, with 5000 acres of land at the newest Cliffs community, and he is hoping that Gary Player can help him sell them.
As do many of my clients state, Player said traffic and the residential and commercial infrastructure of Florida are a few of the things that make a person want to relocate to the Greenville SC upstate area.
This may be one of the last communities developed at the Cliffs. Most of the land is gone and there may be one, but definitely no more than two more Cliffs Communities developed. So with a famed golfer like Gary Player, all of its wonderful amenities and the pristine area, it may be time to purchase some real estate at the new Cliffs at Mountain Park or any of the Cliffs Communities near Travelers Rest South Carolina in Northern Greenville County. |
