Innegrity LLC of Greer SC will announce a $15 million, 150-job expansion this afternoon in Mauldin SC, August 7, 2008.
The Greer SC company plans have been referred to by Greenville County economic development officials as Project Mesh. The Greer SC company is receiving a fee-in-lieu property tax break from Greenville county as incentive for its expansion.
Innegrity was formed in Greer SC in 2004. It develops and manufactures high-performance fibers and focuses on the ballistics, transportation and sporting goods markets. It teamed with a German company, Reimotec Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, to form Innegrity Europe GmbH, which began manufacturing fiber earlier this year.
Innegrity will relocate from its Greer SC offices to a 120,000-square-foot facility at Trinity Commerce Center on Old Stage Road in Mauldin South Carolina. Its jobs/investment goals cover the next 3-5 years. Greenville Area Development Corp. and Innegrity will make an official announcement at 3 p.m. at Mauldin SC City Hall.
Mauldin SC real estate borders Simpsonville SC real estate and is convenient to downtown Greenville SC. Mauldin SC real estate is a hidden gem, in my mind, between the more well known cities of Simpsonville SC real estate and Greenville SC real estate.
