·        Place your home on caravan so AgentOwned Sales Agents can view it

·        Place a lockbox on your home and make it available for viewing (appointments only, if you desire)

·        Place a sign in your yard

·        Come to the closing table with a qualified buyer

For 4 1/2 % commission:

·        Your home will be listed in the MLS system

·        Run an ad in the local paper

·        Have an open house

·        Place a lock box on your home­ and make home available as per your scheduling requests­­­­

·        Place your home on my website

·        Place your home on caravan so our agents can view it

·        Place a sign in your yard

·        Come to the closing table with a qualified buyer

*** If I also represent the BUYER in any of the above arrangements (5 % or 4 1/2%) I will only ask for a 3% commission, since I don’t have to split it with anyone. In either the 5 % or the 4 ½% scenarios, the buyer’s agent receives 2.5 percent of the commission.  I will also only charge a 3 % commission if you allow me to represent you in your purchase of another home.
